The present invention relates to a marker for identifying a tomato foot disease-resistant individual and a method for selecting a tomato foot disease-resistant individual using the marker. Since the marker of the present invention can be amplified to select a tomato foot disease-resistant individual, it is expected to be useful for selection and breeding of tomato having foot disease resistance.
