Asymptotic high frequency method and device using Grouping of Rays

In the high frequency scattering analysis method, a plurality of rays emitted toward a CAD (Computer Aided Design) image are grouped into a plurality of groups, and a CAD is formed with respect to a center ray included in a predetermined group among the plurality of groups. A cross test is performed with a plurality of patches, and a method of performing a cross test on a center ray and adjacent rays in a predetermined group is determined using the result of performing the cross test.
