The present application relates to a method of treating or preventing angiopathy, comprising administering a pharmaceutical composition comprising mesenchymal precursor cells (MPC) and prostacyclin to a subject in need thereof. In addition, prostacyclin and mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) or MSC-conditioned culture medium is administered to a subject in need of treatment or prevention of angiopathy, or MSC or MSC-treated with prostacyclin to the subject. A method of treating or preventing angiopathy in a subject, comprising administering a conditioned medium is provided. In addition, pharmaceutical compositions suitable for the treatment are provided.
