A system and method for estimating the ASPECT score, which is a factor that discriminates stroke disease from brain CT images.The preprocessing step of normalizing and standardizing features of an image dataset, CT images classified into Supra ganglion level and ganglion level A configuration including a segmentation step for separating each lesion within and a determination step for determining whether a lesion has a stroke by independently building a neural network for learning positive/negative images for each lesion is prepared, and uses the patient's brain CT image. Thus, it is possible to estimate the ASPECT score, an objective indicator for diagnosing the condition of a stroke patient.
