The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a UV curable high refractive ink for inkjet and a light extraction substrate for an organic light emitting device using the same, and more specifically, a refractive index and a substrate by including an oxidizing inorganic filler, a reactive monomer, and a diluting solvent in a specific amount. UV-curable high refractive ink for inkjet that can form a light extraction layer with excellent transmittance and can use an inkjet process to form the light extraction layer, so that there are few restrictions on the shape of the material, while reducing the fixed cost and initial investment cost. And it relates to a method of manufacturing a light extraction substrate for an organic light emitting device using the same.
