The present invention relates to a slab shear reinforcement structure, and in the slab between layers in the slab structure, the slab is further layered together with a concrete-filled steel pipe column and a helical reinforcement connected between the columns. Reinforcing bars that can be further reinforced, hoop reinforcing bars, intermediate reinforcing bars, and reinforcing bars are installed to increase the bonding strength with concrete. This increases the resistance to punching shear failure of the slab, and reduces the thickness of the slab to increase the height between layers. It provides the advantage of securing multiple floors for each floor.
