The present invention is to provide a mascara comb in which a user can meticulously apply a mascara liquid without rapidly forming a coagulation. A plurality of protruding elements 12 are arranged to form a plurality of rhombic structures on the upper surface of the mascara comb 1, and the rhombic structure has a rhombus shape in which the diagonal line in the axial direction of the comb 10 is longer than the diagonal line orthogonal to it. It is a linear gap extending in the orthogonal direction, and is configured to form a predetermined gap for applying mascara liquid to the lashes while combing the lashes, and the rhombus structure has a speed of flowing mascara liquid in the axial direction. It is a holding part having a function of holding the mascara liquid inside the rhombus-shaped structure that functions as a speed control mechanism for slowing the flow rate of the mascara liquid in the orthogonal direction.
