The present invention relates to a conductive fiber of a double network structure manufactured using a microfluidic device and a strain sensor using the same, and more particularly, a high elongation and mechanical strength are achieved by the introduction of a double network structure, and a conductive polymer is introduced. It relates to a fiber exhibiting a change in resistance according to a change in shape and a strain sensor using the same. The conductive fiber manufacturing method of the present invention can be continuously produced using a microfluidic device, and mechanical strength and elongation can be controlled by controlling the monomer and composition of the double network. In addition, the conductive fiber of the present invention can effectively move electrons by including a conductive polymer therein, and has high mechanical strength and elongation due to a double network structure. In addition, the strain sensor of the present invention can control the range of resistance according to the installation location by controlling the type and composition of the conductive polymer contained therein, and has high mobility due to the double network structure.
