A geothermal system equipped with a heat recovery type condensation prevention device to be disclosed includes a geothermal heat exchange member, a geothermal heat pump, and a fan coil unit, so condensation heat, which is waste heat generated by the heat exchanger on the heat source side, which is the condenser of the geothermal heat pump. By recovering, condensation occurring inside the machine room of the building can be eliminated, and accordingly, the capacity of the large duct-type ventilation facility separately installed in the machine room can be reduced to prevent condensation, thereby reducing the ventilation energy requirement of the building. On the other hand, in summer, some of the condensation heat, which is waste heat generated from the heat exchanger on the heat source side, is thrown into the machine room to eliminate condensation, and in winter, the evaporation heat inside the machine room as well as the underground evaporation heat is absorbed together. Therefore, there is an advantage that the operation efficiency (performance coefficient, COP) of the geothermal heat pump can be improved.
