The present invention relates to a handle-type cold plasma generator, which can withstand the temperature of the trigger stage of a microplasma generating device that generates cell regeneration in response to wound treatment (i.e., sterilization) of human/or animal wounds in sterilization treatment of human/or animal wounds. For this purpose, at least one or more gases set in advance through the gas input unit are introduced into the gas mixing unit, and the mixed gas/or single gas and the coaxial cable are introduced into the cold plasma generator. The cold plasma generator includes a metal outer case, an electrode that penetrates the inside of a hollow rigid body formed between the metal outer case, and at one end of the electrode, a coaxial cable anode is used together with a power supply, and through this, between the corresponding cold plasma generator. The mixed gas/or single gas introduced into the hollow body of the body triggers the gas in the metal outer case connected through the cathode of the coaxial cable to generate plasma close to low temperature. As a result, it is not necessary to perform anesthesia first when treating humans or animals. The wound can be sterilized immediately.
