Method involves minimally invasive approach to the spinal canal stenosis region, removal of the zygapophysial joint with resection of the vertebra semiarch, discectomy and transforaminal installation of the interbody fuse. Surgical intervention is started with simultaneous percutaneous puncture transpedicular installation of trocars and guide wires immersed therein. Then between internal edges of adjacent guide spokes two incisions of skin, subcutaneous fat and thoraco-lumbar fascia are performed.
