FIELD: environmental protection.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and operation of solid household waste landfills. Rigid body base is prepared by means of device of protective anti-filtration screen (1) with system of drain pipelines (2) with subsequent layer-by-layer laying of wastes and separation backfilling of waste layers with layers of inert material. In layers of wastes there are serially mounted systems of horizontal gas drainage from perforated gas-vent pipes (7), connecting them to collecting header (9), connected to gas preparation unit (13). Inside the gas outlet perforated pipes there are laid solid pipes (8) of smaller diameter with an open front end or with a filter on the front end, through which gas mixtures, including air, are supplied under controlled pressure and temperature into polygon body (6) through holes in perforated pipes, thereby changing the course and nature of the biochemical processes taking place therein.EFFECT: reduced degree of negative impact of solid household waste polygon on environment.4 cl, 2 dwg
