The utility model relates to refrigeration technology and can be used in agriculture, namely, in enterprises of the agro-industrial complex and in heat storage systems, as well as for heating industrial and infrastructure facilities. As a result of using the utility model, it is possible to obtain energy of the water-ice phase transition and use it for heating agricultural facilities, in agricultural enterprises and in heat storage systems, as well as for heating industrial and infrastructure facilities due to the fact that the heat exchanger is equipped with an evaporator, compressor, condenser, throttle valve, solar collector, which allows to receive the energy of the water-ice phase transition. The technical result is achieved by the fact that the proposed heat exchanger is equipped with an evaporator, compressor, condenser, throttle valve, forming a closed loop, and a solar collector, while the evaporator is made in the form of a silicone tube located in the form of a coil, on the surface of which ice is formed, refrigerant circulates inside it to transfer the energy of the water-ice phase transition, and the tank is divided by a partition with insulating material, the height of which does not reach the upper edge of the tank, into two tanks, a water tank with an evaporator and a tank for collecting and melting ice, which are connected by a tube with a pump for pumping water from the tank for collecting and melting ice into a tank for water with an evaporator, and in the tank for collecting and melting ice, a heater is connected to the solar collector, and a compressor, condensers, expansion valve located on the side of the water tank to the evaporator.
