A heat and power plant includes a fuel supply system, an ash and slag removal system, an automated control system, and an air heating installation including at least one combustion chamber with a furnace blast system and a secondary blast system connected to it, and a cleaning system and at least one combustion chamber flue gas removal, including gas ducts, an ash collector, a smoke exhaust and a chimney, as well as a regenerative group heat exchanger connected to a cold air path and a hot air path, and at least one combustion chamber is equipped with a convective jacket and a flue gas pre-treatment stage.
