The utility model relates to medical devices - pulse oximeters, designed to diagnose the state of the cardiovascular system by quickly assessing the degree of blood oxygen saturation (oxygenation) and pulse rate. The technical result consists in expanding the arsenal of pulmonary oximetry equipment to the field of telemedicine technologies, which allows providing the possibility of qualified pulsoxymetric measurements when the patient is in community-acquired conditions, for example, at home. The portable meter acts as a smartphone application device that meets the requirements of GOST R 57757-2017 standard for telemedicine. In order to achieve the indicated technical result, the well-known pulse oximeter circuit contains a rubberized bed for the patient’s finger, a photodiode and two LEDs operating in the red and infrared parts of the optical range, as well as a voltage reference source, the output of which is connected to the reference input of the measuring circuit, and a microprocessor unit, configured to calculate the readings of the pulse rate and blood oxygenation level, the indicator output of which is connected to the input of the display unit, o with the ability to display these readings on a liquid crystal (LCD) screen, a communication microcontroller and a radio modem with an antenna are introduced, while the microprocessor unit is made with an additional port through which the microprocessor unit is connected to the communication microcontroller, the signal and control outputs of which are connected, respectively, to the signal and control inputs of a radio modem made using the technology of "jumping frequencies", while the LCD screen is built into the housing of a portable and measurer. 3 s.p. f-ly, 5 ill.
