The utility model relates to medical devices - pulse oximeters, designed to diagnose the state of the cardiovascular system by quickly assessing the degree of blood oxygen saturation (oxygenation) and pulse rate. The portable meter acts as a smartphone application device that meets the requirements of GOST R 57757-2017 standard for telemedicine.
