The proposed device relates to devices for cell technology and is intended for the purification and processing of adipose tissue with subsequent isolation of stromal-vascular fraction cells (UHF) from it for use in regenerative medicine. The technical result of the utility model is high-quality cleaning and processing of adipose tissue in a closed system with subsequent isolation of cells of the stromal-vascular fraction of adipose tissue, and SVFzht is characterized by a high yield of regenerative cells, as well as the absence of of fat cells and stroma. The technical task is achieved through the use of a device consisting of 2 main containers and a 1000 ml drain container, connected via a “lock-lock” port with a trunk system, characterized in that the first 500 ml container is designed for washing adipose tissue from blood and oil shaped elements, the second 500 ml container is designed for enzymatic treatment of adipose tissue, and the fermentation container narrows down and goes into the highway with built-in ltrami, at the end of which there is a Luer port.
