The technical result is to increase the reliability of existing devices for mechanical locking of the outboard motor suspensions, reducing the risk of theft of the motor by disconnecting it from the locked mounting suspension and preventing the stealth movement of the vessel to water for theft. The result is achieved by installing on the heads of the clamping screws of the support bracket of the outboard motor of the outboard motor a blocking mechanism equipped with an electronic signaling device with vibration and tilt sensors, giving an audible warning when an unauthorized force is applied to the hull or motor when the vessel is on shore. In the case of a vessel mooring on water, the signal device can be equipped with perimeter security sensors, the operation of which occurs when a living object enters their control zone. Arming and disarming of an alarm device is carried out using a remote control having one-way or two-way communication.
