The utility model relates to medicine, labor psychology, legal psychology and criminology and can be used to diagnose the physiological state of a person and diagnose various pathologies, assess the psychoemotional state, and also to correct defects in the visual system. The hardware-software complex for tracking movements and parameters of the eyes is made in the form of a rigid structure that connects the components: the frontal chin support for fixing the position of the head, to which the light pulse sources of adjustable frequency and amplitude are attached, a computer system in the form of a screen to demonstrate tags, video images and visual stimulus templates with a built-in video camera for studying the movements of the eyeballs, generator, battery / power supply. In this case, light sources, a frontal-chin support, a computer system are attached with the possibility of adjustable changes in the distance relative to each other and the eyes of the subject for accurate placement, taking into account individual physiological parameters and the intricacies of the diagnosis. The components of the complex can move relative to each other and to the eyes of the subject according to the coordinate marking of the guides on which they are placed, when manually controlled (alternately or simultaneously, in random order), or by using an electric drive in automatic mode under the control of a computer system. The program analyzes the video data from the camera and pre-loaded medical records, determines the model of the exact placement of the system components relative to the eyes of the subject, taking into account individual physiological parameters, the characteristics of the diagnosis (concomitant nystagmus and squint pathologies), which as a result contributes to a significant increase in the effectiveness of diagnosis and correction, and this and is the main goal of using this software and hardware complex. Accurate placement of all the main components of the computer the lexa relative to each other and the eyes of the subject is critically important, since it is known that in a patient with nystagmus, nystagmography can reveal the position of the head in which he has no oscillatory movements or these movements are minimal, making it possible to obtain accurate diagnostic data (determination of type, nature and parameters of nystagmus for its further correction and monitoring the dynamics of treatment, in patients with strabismus, the determination of the angle of strabismus - both horizontal and vertical in different directions, and in case of paralytic strabismus - the study of the angle and mobility of the eyeballs, which is extremely important and necessary for accurate tracking of the dynamics of correction). Identification of the position of the patient’s head with a minimum amplitude and frequency of oscillatory movements of the eyeballs is considered extremely important even for determining the tactics of surgery and dosing operations.
