Device comprises: a training data generation unit which generates training data associated with the captured image of wastes stored in the waste pond; unit for constructing a model which constructs a model, performing training using training data; and an evaluation unit which inputs data of the new captured image of wastes stored in the waste pond into the model and obtains a value representing the composition of wastes corresponding to the new image.;EFFECT: technical result is possibility of evaluating composition of wastes even if wastes are mixed in wastes, having different components and similar colors, and waste materials having similar components and different colors.;10 cl, 5 dwg
