FIELD: textile.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the textile industry, in particular to the production of yarn used for hand knitting. Technical result is achieved by providing transverse or fractional cutting of the above-mentioned canvas, while the fractional cutting of the above-mentioned canvas is winding the above-mentioned canvas on the sleeve, resulting in a roll of knitted material, and cutting the roll of knitted material along the yarns of the knitted material, with further obtaining tapes of knitted material, each of which is wound on sleeve thereof of the same width as the tape itself, the transverse cutting of the said web consists in cutting the said web at an angle to the threads, which form the said fabric, where the angle is in the range from 15 to 55 degrees, whereby as a result of the said cutting, tapes of knitted material are obtained, each of which is subsequently wound on its sleeve, and the formation of yarn, intended for hand knitting, of the mentioned tapes wound on sleeves, while the formation of the mentioned yarn occurs by stretching the tape with the further formation of yarn using a machine for forming yarn or manual rewinder, said knitted material is at least one of: peniya interlock knit, karde interlock knit, stockinette structure, printed stockinette structure, velour, rib knit with lycra containing cotton or elastane.;EFFECT: technical result of the claimed invention is to ensure the production of knitting yarn due to cutting a roll of knitted material to form knitting yarn, where ribbons of knitted material are formed when cutting, each of which is located on sleeve thereof.;1 cl, 1 dwg
