METHOD OF FUNCTIONAL RHINOPLASTY

Internal cartilage and nasal mucosa seams are sutured with absorbable non-traumatic suture material No. 5/0, sutures on columella skin – non-absorbable atraumatic monofilament No. 6/0, an anterior tamponade of the nose is applied, a splint and an aseptic dressing are applied on the nasal dorsum.;EFFECT: by using the piezo-knife, the method enables reducing injuries of vessels and soft tissues, the length of postoperative rehabilitation, as well as maintaining the anatomical integrity of the septum for preserving nasal breathing.;1 cl, 1 ex
