FIELD: chemistry.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to analytical chemistry, particularly to a method for quantitative determination of chlorides in a concentrate of tetramethylammonium hydroxide, which can be used in research and production practice. Substance of the method: quantitative determination of chlorides in a concentrate of tetramethylammonium hydroxide is carried out polarographically on a background of sulphuric or nitric acid with concentration from 5 to 10 % at a differential current mode, and calculation of concentration of chlorides is carried out according to a calibration curve or by formulas.;EFFECT: technical result of the proposed invention is the creation of a polarographic analysis method of chlorides in a concentrate of tetramethylammonium hydroxide, which increases accuracy of analysis of concentration of chlorides in the product and sensitivity of the method, which will ensure its practical use.;1 cl, 1 tbl, 4 dwg
