FIELD: biotechnology.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Disclosed is a flow-through bioreactor for anaerobic treatment of organic wastes to produce fertilizers and biogas. Bioreactor comprises a housing, a cover and a biofilter populated with microorganisms. Housing is equipped with heating circuit, on cover there is biomass distributing unit, heat exchanger supply and discharge connection pipes. Heat exchanger is made in form of a set of in-series connected vertical tubes inside housing, biofilter is made of vertically oriented tubular elements, it comprises central and side main modules and additional modules filling gaps between main modules and housing. Elements of the main modules are grouped in a horizontal plane in a ring-like manner and attached to each other along longitudinal surfaces. Central main modules are fixed on located along longitudinal axis of housing fastening tube, and side main modules are fixed on vertical tubes of heat exchanger. Elements of additional modules are fixed to each other along longitudinal surfaces and fixed on inner surface of housing, along vertical modules are arranged in layers with gap between them, wherein elements located in adjacent layers are offset in horizontal plane with possibility of formation of vertical partial channels.;EFFECT: higher efficiency and quality of biomass processing.;4 cl, 7 dwg
