FIELD: oil and gas industry.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil processing and petrochemistry, specifically to composition and method of producing additive package for all-year hydraulic oil for hydraulic systems of industrial equipment and all-season hydraulic oil containing this package. Method of preparing a package of hydraulic oil additives for industrial equipment involves heating of hindered alkylphenols (30.0–54.0 wt%) at 65–75 °C and constant stirring (500 rpm), sequential administration over a certain period of time (with interval of 10-15 minutes) of zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate (30.0–54.0 wt%), alkyl salicylate of calcium (5.0–25.0 wt%), nitrogen-containing glycine derivative (0.5–5.0 wt%) and N-alkylated benzotriazole (0.5–2.0 wt%), modified polyols in xylene (0.5–2.0 wt%) and diluent oil (3.0–10.0 wt%), followed by filtration through a filter material with pore size of 2 to 5 mcm.;EFFECT: improved processability of the additive package, as well as compatibility with the polymethacrylate thickener to ensure the required performance properties of all-season hydraulic oils, particularly used in hydraulic systems of industrial equipment and mobile equipment.;3 cl, 3 tbl
