Disclosed is a method of searching for molecular markers of a pathological process for differential diagnosis, monitoring and target therapy. Method involves obtaining transcriptomic data from patients with analyzed pathology (examination pathology), patients with the disease of other etiology with similar clinical picture (comparison pathology) and clinically healthy donors of comparable age and sex (norm).
