FIELD: manufacturing technology.;SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in making high-modulus carbon materials. Through-type furnace for high-temperature treatment of carbon-fiber materials with induction heating method of working zone comprises annular graphite crucible 1 made in form of flattened ring, which horizontal part is parallel to plane of processed material. Crucible 1 is surrounded by low-density carbon material 2, which, in its turn, is surrounded by shell 3, around which inductor 4 is located. Carbon-carbon composite material is used as low-density carbon material 2. Shell 3 is made from ceramic refractory fiber with zirconium oxide content of more than 10 wt%.
