FIELD: monitoring and measuring equipment.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control and measurement equipment and can be used for collection, recording and storage of flight information on board of helicopters and other aircrafts. Flight parameters registration system comprises a parameter collection and conversion unit and a parameter recording unit interconnected by a bidirectional communication line. Parameters collection and conversion unit is connected to on-board sensors of flight parameters, and parameters registration unit is connected to control panel. To increase reliability and reliability of service information, the parameter registration unit additionally includes an input panel of operational overhead information containing an indicator and a data input board and a symbol shift setting device connected to it. Said input control panel of the operational service information is located in the housing of the parameter recording unit and is directly connected to the on-board recorder using an intra-unit electric-contact connector.
