Telescopic reel for agricultural machine comprises central module and at least one side module. Central module comprises fixed first crossbar. Lateral module comprises telescopic second crossbar. Second crossbar is configured to enter at least partially into the cavity of the first cross bar of the central module. First and second crossbars have a lifting system of plants with fasteners. Lifting system comprises, at least, one connecting device for connection of said lifting means with at least one crossing element of reel.
