FIELD: physics.;SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to high-voltage electrotechnical complexes for controlled power transmission lines. Technical result is achieved by using booster transformer (BT), which primary windings are connected by triangle method and connected to input terminals of universal booster device (UBD) and to three-phase thyristor commutator, and secondary windings are galvanically isolated.;EFFECT: technical result is wider field of use, reduced number of thyristor switches, which are under voltage distribution network 6–10 kV.;1 cl, 3 dwg
