METHOD OF LIMITING WATER INFLUX IN GAS WELLS WITH ABNORMALLY LOW FORMATION PRESSURE

FIELD: soil or rock drilling; mining.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas production, particularly, to methods and process compositions used in overhaul and current repair of wells to limit inflows of formation water in wells with abnormally low bed pressure. Method comprises preparation of composition containing 0.5–5 wt. % high-molecular weight anionic polyacrylamide, treated with ionizing radiation dose of up to 10 kGy, with content of carboxyl groups of 20–35 %, in fresh or mineralized water, 0.5–5 wt. % of sulphamic or hydrochloric acid, 0.02–0.3 wt. % of chromium or aluminum sulphate, water - the rest. Composition is then forced through with water with pH 8 in volume not less than volume of well and maintained for at least 10 hours.
