METHOD OF BALLOON CHEMOEMBOLISATION AND RESECTION OF MALIGNANT TUMORS OF PARENCHYMAL ORGANS

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology, surgery, and can be used for balloon chemoembolisation and resection of malignant tumors of parenchymal organs. That is ensured by selective arteriography in which a balloon catheter with a coaxial canal is inserted into an artery feeding a segment of an organ with a tumor. Balloon is inflated until the blood flow in the affected segment is terminated. Immediately prior to resection of formation in parenchyma of segment through coaxial canal of balloon-catheter target chemopreparation is introduced. New growth is resected. Organ wound is closed with a haemostatic suture. After wound closure, balloon is blown off to recover blood flow in segment.;EFFECT: method enables avoiding recurrence in the edge of resection of the parenchymal organ by prolonged fixation of the chemopreparation in the edge of organ resection with minimizing its toxic effect as a result of creating a long-term preventive concentration of the chemopreparation in the edge of resection of the parenchymal organ, prevention of postoperative postoperative dysfunction due to preservation of intra-organ blood flow during surgical intervention, improved control of resection margin as a result of reliable complete haemostasis.;1 cl, 1 dwg, 1 ex
