Information on target parameters is transmitted to onboard digital computer, in which information is processed and predicted firing distance is calculated. After that, the processed firing range signal is transmitted to the windshield indicator in the pilot's cabin. Value of range to target is assigned code, which is transmitted to decoder. In the decoder, the code is converted into electric pulses with a repetition frequency corresponding to the firing rate for the calculated range.
