FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology, urology, and can be used in a method of combined treatment of musculo-invasive bladder cancer T3-T4 N0-+M0, involving neoadjuvant chemotherapy according to the schedule – cisplatin 75 mg/m² and gemcitabine – 1,000 mg/m² on 1st day with repetition every 21 days.
