To control temperature of exhaust gases to reduce toxicity of exhaust gases mode (S4) of electric motor and/or mode (S3) of generator of electrically operated on exhaust gases of turbo-compressor is used. Mode of electric motor and/or mode of generator of electrically operated on exhaust gases of turbo-compressor is started (S1, S2) after fulfillment of activation condition for control of temperature of exhaust gases. Mode of generator of electrically operated turbo compressor operating on exhaust gases, when performance of activation condition shows that actual temperature of exhaust gases is subject to increase. Electric motor mode of electrically operated exhaust gas turbo compressor is started when the condition of activation shows that actual temperature of exhaust gases is subject to reduction. Disclosed are a control device and a vehicle.;EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of toxicity of exhaust gases due to quick achievement of device for reducing toxicity of exhaust gases of starting temperature.;8 cl, 3 dwg
