After the required diagnostic procedures, the patient is prescribed a complex treatment of periodontium disease accompanied by loss of the keratinized gum. First stage involves oral cavity preparation involving professional hygiene, supragingival and subgingival deposits, according to a standard protocol. Main stage involves mucogingival plastic surgery according to known common technique with application of sutures aimed at elimination of defect.
