Method for preservation of sprouted seeds of cereal and legume crops includes selection of seeds, washing with water, sprouting, additional drying with infrared elements and packing, at that, organic acids are disinfected in two stages: at the first stage – initial grain, on the second stage – grains with sprouts, one-time additional drying with infrared elements at atmospheric pressure and dehydration-preservation with simultaneous grinding by means of activation drying at the same temperature of heat carriers in range of 35–40 °C.;EFFECT: invention provides higher microbiological safety and shelf life.;1 cl, 2 tbl, 2 ex
