FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and concerns use of a neutralizing antibody or its functional fragment specifically binding to primate GM-CSF, for treating an inflammatory disease selected from a group consisting of rheumatoid arthritis, SLE, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, juvenile idiopathic arthritis and osteoarthritis.
