FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynecology, and can be used for pre- and postoperative therapy in gynecologic surgeries in postmenopausal women using Trioginal (0.2 mg estriol, 2 mg progesterone combined with Lactobacillus casei rhamnosus).
