FIELD: radio engineering; electronics.;SUBSTANCE: proposed device is intended for control of serviceability and diagnostics of faults of structural replaceable elements (SRE) and units of digital radioelectronic equipment (REE), as well as for control of integrity and diagnostics of faults of wiring of units and racks of REE. Device comprises a computer with a control and diagnostics control program stored in its memory, and a compact functional monitoring and diagnostics device (FMDD) connected to the computer and made on the basis of a printed-circuit board with electric radio elements installed on the board.
