FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to X-ray surgical methods of diagnostics and treatment and allows to stop spasm of a radial artery at performance of interventional interventions through an upper extremity. If observing a spasm of a radial artery, a spasmolytic cocktail is introduced into the lumen of the vessel through the introducer, consisting of 17 ml of normal saline, 5 mg of Verapamil and 5,000 units of Heparin with simultaneous artery compression and arterial blood flow termination by upper extremity for 2 minutes.;EFFECT: method enables eliminating radial artery spasm during interventional intervention.;1 cl, 2 dwg, 1 ex
