摘要

FIELD: sampling.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production and preparation of samples for analysis of air samples for content of weakly adsorbable gases in cabin of aircraft (AC) or aircraft gas turbine engines (GTE). Device for automatic air sampling comprises a cylindrical body, a sampler connected to it with a working element installed inside them and representing a balloon made from balls on a flexible hitch – a rope for sampling in a sampler. Sampler is made in the form of a tube tapering to its end, and is laid around the shaft in the form of a spiral, where flexible coupling is easily transported – a rope with balls made of ferromagnetic alloy, forming a sampler for selection of multiple air samples. Electric motor is installed coaxially with the shaft with a reduction gear and clutch, which are made with possibility to wind the rope on the shaft for transportation of air samples to the sampler from the cylindrical casing. Cylindrical housing is made of rigid plastic with low friction coefficient, cross section of cylindrical housing and sampler is close to diameter of balls with the possibility of passing in the sampler of the cable by the electric motor during collection of the collected samples until the moment of contact of the first ball on the cable with the limit switch connected to the reducer, which is located before the narrowing of the sampling tube. Cylindrical housing is provided with inlet and outlet holes located in one section perpendicular to housing. Inlet opening of the case is connected through the check valve to the outlet of the aspirator for discharge of air samples taken from the GTE compressor or in the AC cabin into the cylinder body between balls of the working element. Outlet is communicated with direct valve to discharge excess air during sampling during AC flight. Device is equipped with a unit connected to the electric motor to control speed of balls pulling on the cable in the sampler. Unit is also connected to three limiters – annular electromagnets, for which for the purpose of dosed withdrawal of the collected samples, two electromagnets are located at the interaxial distance from each other, which is equal to the ball diameter, and are rigidly fixed on the cylinder body. Third electromagnet is at a given distance between balls required for sampling, and is fixed by means of a screw with fixation of cable tension in the housing during rewinding and extrusion of air samples for analysis into an analyzing device – chromatograph through a straight valve for further analysis for content of weakly adsorbing GTE gases or in the AC cabin.;EFFECT: proposed invention allows reducing dimensions of device without deterioration of its metrological characteristics for possibility of installation on testbed aircraft or in TA cabin for the purpose of automatic (without participation of operator) continuous selection during flight of air samples without using interrupting valves.;1 cl, 2 dwg
