METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING OF TEMPORARY ROAD PAVEMENTS FROM TREAD BANDS OF USED TRUCKS TIRES AND PRODUCTION LINE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION

FIELD: construction.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to road construction, namely, to production of temporary road surfaces from tread bands of recycled tires, in particular, from tread bands of used trucks tires. Method of making temporary road pavements from tread bands of used tires of trucks, which raw material in form of tread strip is obtained by cutting tire lateral parts and then cutting tread ring, which includes: preparatory stage, which consists in preparation of tread strip as a prefabricated element, and stage of mats assembly from prepared tread strips for subsequent production of temporary road surface. Preparatory stage includes: loading of tread strip into production trolley with fixation relative to marks, cutting off excess parts from two ends of tread strip from initial length of strip 2,200–2,700 mm to length of strips mat 2,100 mm, if extreme strip, extrusion of two "windows" in side part of treads of side strips for side locks and transportation for holes drilling, if strip is average, then transportation for drilling holes, drilling of vertical holes along axis of tread strip with milling and subsequent drilling of horizontal holes in ledges strips, bolting in vertical holes. Step of assembling mats from prepared tread bands includes: laying prepared tread bands with tread down middle between two extreme with contact on their sides, drawing through the horizontal holes in the tread bands of the ropes with the loop at one end, pulling them to the nuts with "nailing" and adjusting the tension of the cables to tight fit of the tread bands on their lateral sides, cutting off excess parts of ropes, tightening of all previously "hardened" nuts for final "stapling" of mat, installation of locks for which at extreme edges of mat mats bolts are put links of chain with fixing washers, through one of said bolt is thrown on chain links fingers for communication with other mats, rubber straps are put on top of the above bolts and tightened by nuts with washers, sets of finished mats for temporary road pavements are formed. Also described is a line for making temporary road pavements from tread bands of used trucks tires.;EFFECT: automation of labor and minimization of labor intensity at mechanized method of making temporary road pavement mats from tread strips of used tires.;9 cl, 14 dwg
