FIELD: physics.;SUBSTANCE: method of positioner calibration includes determination of pressure value corresponding to certain state of drive mechanism controlled by positioner and adjusting pressure in drive mechanism in compliance with pressure setting based on pressure value, at which maintenance of certain state of drive mechanism is provided. Method further includes obtaining a measured value indicating the actual pressure in the drive mechanism and determining displacement of the positioner based on the measured value and the pressure setting.;EFFECT: invention discloses a method of calibrating a positioner, a process control system and a computer device for controlling pressure for calibrating process control devices.;20 cl, 11 dwg
