FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and can be used for treating primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) after non-penetrating deep sclerectomy (NDSE). Microfistulas are formed by exposure to 1,064-nm YAG laser pulses through a gonioscopic lens in a trabeculo-Descemet membrane. Two microfistulas with energy 2.5–3.0 mJ are successively formed on the eyes with a narrow angle of the anterior chamber, applying 6–8 applicants in the zone earlier NDSE. Each of the microfistulas is located at distance of 0.5 mm from the middle of the side edge of the operation area. Further, without removing the gonioscopic lens, forming a laser coloboma using a YAG laser at wavelength of 1,064 nm, energy of 3.5–4.0 mJ, 6–8 applicants are applied directly under the middle of the lower edge of the NDSE operation area, on the iris root, at the point of its transition into the ciliary body.;EFFECT: method prevents sharp intra-ocular pressure drop that prevents blocking of iris root operation, as well as teaches creation of stable and prolonged hypotensive effect due to formation of two microfistulas and formation of laser coloboma on iris root.;1 cl, 3 ex
