FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to devices for wound closure, in particular for skin closure of wounds formed as a result of ruptures or surgical incisions. Device for suturing surgical wounds and ruptures comprises a wax closure strip and a protective coating assembly. Wound closure strip has a side facing the wound and an upper side. Side facing the wound contains an adhesive applied on at least a portion of the wound-facing side. Protective coating assembly is detachably attached to strip by means of adhesive. Protective coating assembly includes first frame, central section and second frame. Central section of protective coating assembly includes at least one eye located at the edge of protective coating assembly. At least one tab extends beyond the perimeter of the first frame and/or the second frame at the edge of the protective coating assembly. Wound closure strip comprises a sieve. Grid additionally contains a longitudinal axis, and the protective coating in assembly additionally contains a longitudinal axis, and in which the additional part of the central section of the protective coating in assembly goes beyond the outer perimeter of the grid along the longitudinal axis of the grid.;EFFECT: using the invention enables providing closure of wounds formed by ruptures or surgical incisions.;9 cl, 14 dwg
