Disclosed is a plant for cleaning liquid waste paper material of hydrophilic and hydrophobic contaminants, consisting of a receiving basin, a crude waste paper feed pipeline, a floating mesh filter, system for suction of hydrophobic impurities, which includes a rotary nozzle, a suction fan, a hydrophobic contamination filter accumulator, a hydrophobic contamination accumulation control system, comprising a light flux emitter and a receiver thereof, pipeline for supply of clean mass, hydrophilic contaminants discharge pipelines and waste paper mass transfer flow from the receiving basin.;EFFECT: high quality of removing waste paper mass from hydrophilic and hydrophobic contaminants, reducing power consumption and automating the process.;1 cl, 1 dwg
