Method includes receiving a registration request and a public key from a user; verifying that user has private key corresponding to said public key; generating a user identifier using a public key; generating and transmitting to user blockchain rights having a primary unit comprising an identifier of said user; and updating the blockchain rights containing a new block having a content identifier and associated usage rights in the composition; wherein the protected content comprises a content identifier, a scrambled content and an encrypted control word, which is a random number by the generated content provider; and scrambled content is descrambled by control word.;EFFECT: technical result is improved reliability of controlling access to content.;13 cl, 9 dwg
