Proposed device is made up of grate with wheels. Multi-copter is arranged on universal aerodynamic platform. Aerodynamic platform is equipped with axle, on which there are two rims with spokes, as well as flexible cross bars with adjustable bars. On aerodynamic platform there is a hinged equipment of various purpose with control units, axle control unit, crossarm control unit, switching complex control unit, pipe hazardous areas marking unit, pipe hazardous sections elimination unit, and traffic stabilization unit.
