Device for electrochemical removal of urea for a portable apparatus for non-renal purification comprises a housing having communicating chambers and provided with a dialysis solution inlet pipe, a branch pipe for outlet of the purified dialysis solution and a gas discharge branch pipe located in the upper part of the body and connected to a shutoff valve, which can be opened when the level of the dialysis solution is lower than the lower electrode and closed when the level of the dialysis solution is increased to the upper electrode of the level sensor. In one of the chambers – working – with possibility of connection to the control unit connectors, which sets current density for electrochemical decomposition of urea, there are anodes and cathodes. In the other – degassing chamber – there is a level sensor, electrodes of which are installed with possibility of signals supply to the control unit. Purified dialysis solution discharge branch pipe is located in the housing lower part. Branch pipe for gas outlet is located in one with level sensor of degassing chamber communicating with working chamber by means of tube. Degassing chamber has two compartments communicating via gas and water phases via channels, and level sensor has five electrodes made in the form of plates arranged one above the other. Extreme electrodes are located in upper and lower parts of degassing chamber.;EFFECT: technical result consists in ensuring the efficiency of degassing and maintaining normal functioning at tilt angles corresponding to the daily tilts of the human body.;1 cl, 9 dwg
