METHOD OF REHABILITATION OF PATIENTS AFTER SURGICAL INTERVENTIONS FOR HEAD AND NECK TUMOURS WITH SPEECH AND VOICE FUNCTIONS DISTURBANCE

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology, surgery, and physiotherapy. From 5^th–6^th postoperative day, infrared laser radiation with a constant magnetic field, magnetic induction intensity within range of 10–30 mTl, a repetition rate of pulsed laser radiation of the infrared spectrum within 80 Hz, power 0.15–1.0 W throughout postoperative area and surrounding tissues defocused beam for 15–120 seconds. That is followed by sequentially exposing the zones of points GI4, VC20, VC22, VG25, VG26 for 2–3 seconds per procedure with further connection of the non-abnormal measures, daily throughout the therapeutic course, with course of 8–12 procedures.
